You may complete our Retainer Agreement on your computer, or you may print the blank form and complete it by hand or with a typewriter.
Completing a Fillable PDF Form
In order to complete a fillable PDF form, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader version 6.0 or higher. Adobe Acrobat Reader is available as a free download at http://www.adobe.com/ if you do not already have it installed on your computer.
Once the PDF form is open in your web browser, you may enter information into the form’s fields using your mouse and keyboard. If you would prefer to complete this form by hand, you may simply print the document like you would a normal PDF file.
After you have completed each field in the document, press the print button. If you save the document to your own computer, you will lose all data that you have typed into the document. Fillable PDF forms do not permit you to save any typed information. The purpose of this form is to allow you to type your information on the computer, print the document, and fax or mail it to us. It saves you from having to write out your responses by hand or from using a typewriter.
Be sure that you sign the third page of the Retainer Agreement once the document has been printed. We will return a fully executed copy of the agreement by return mail or fax. Also, please complete that Client Information Form that follows the Retainer Agreement. That form provides us with necessary information about you and your company.
